Elevate Music Therapy Services is hiring a board certified music therapist. The position will start part time and move to full time by July 1st, 2020. We are proud to be the only private practice in Northern Colorado with two interdisciplinary clinical locations. Each clinic is co-located with related disciplines including occupational therapy, speech therapy, behavioral therapy, physical therapy, and hippotherapy. We regularly provide co-treatment sessions at our clinics; therefore, flexibility and collaborative skills are required. We also see client’s in their home as well as some community contracts. The position would primarily work with pediatric clients with developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury, and would co-lead groups with an occupational therapist.

Compensation Package: Elevate Music Therapy employees are compensated hourly for:

  • Direct client contact hours
  • Documentation
  • Drive time between sessions
  • Assessment and Treatment plans/Quarterly reports
  • Weekly Staff Meetings
  • Additional administrative duties

The compensation rate is based on music therapy experience, education level, and additional skills.

Position Requirements:

  • MT-BC Certification
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • At least one year of music therapy experience working in pediatrics
  • Ability to work well independently
  • Experience collaborating with related disciplines preferred
