Overview

Elevate Music Therapy is hiring a board-certified music therapist to join our team in Northern Colorado. The caseload is primarily 1:1 sessions treating individuals with IDD/DD in the clinical setting, in home, and telehealth. Our clinics are shared with occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, and hippotherapy. Collaboration and co-treatment with these disciplines occur on a regular basis.

We are seeking a compassionate music therapist for our Windsor location. This position is full time. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.

All therapists are compensated for:

  • Direct client contact

  • Documentation

  • Assessments, Quarterly reports

  • Weekly team check ins, monthly team meetings, full day in-services

  • Preparation time

  • Additional administrative tasks

  • Peer Supervision

Compensation rates per hour are determined by the years of experience in music therapy and any additional skills. In comparison to a fixed salary, a full-time compensation package is within the range of 47k to 58k.

Job requirements:

  • MT-BC credential

  • Reliable transportation

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Ability to lift 15-20 pounds 

  • Master’s degree required

  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
