Elevate Music Therapy
Elevate Music Therapy was established in 2017 in Fort Collins, CO. Our mission is to provide high quality music therapy services to individuals and groups. We are the ONLY private practice in Northern Colorado that is co-located with related fields such as occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, and behavioral therapy. We coordinate and collaborate with these disciplines to help each client reach their full potential.
We use music and musical elements to target goal areas such as communication, attention, sensorimotor, and social skills. Sessions range from 45-60 minutes, and each client has specific, individualized goals.
